Darryl is a New York based fashion stylist and costume designer. 

Born in Norwalk, CT, Darryl completed his education close to home; obtaining a BA in Criminology with a concentration in Sociology. He then moved to New Jersey to teach Kindergarten via the Teach For America program, but was soon instinctively diverted to fashion.

  With Fashion Styling and Costume Design certifications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Darryl has proven to be a front-runner of the new wave of talent. In less than two years, his work has been featured in both European and American publications.

From successfully executing looks for the Metropolitan Opera and the American Ballet Theatre, to  top designers like Oscar de la Renta and Chado Ralph Rucci; Darryl comes to fashion with a unique perspective, an attention to detail, a thirst for innovation, and a passion for timeless style.

  Darryl believes that “creativity and skill are keys to success in this industry.” Often referred to as an over achiever, he finds most pleasure in completing a task that promotes positive feedback from his clients. Darryl feels it is his determination, coupled with his ability to maneuver through any and all obstacles, that distinguishes, enables, and drives him to constantly produce his best work.
